Occupational Health and safety Act, Act 85 of 1993 Section 8(2)(e) “provide such information, instructions, training [noise] and supervision as may be necessary to ensure, as far as is reasonably practicable, the health and safety at work of his employees”

Ensure your compliance to Section 8(2)(e) by providing training to your employees whenever works are conducted with a dB reading of over 85dB. Keep in mind that a grinder produces over 85dB when in operation
